FAREWELL TO FITWELL INSTRUCTOR, JOSH!
Josh’s last day with FitWell will be August 1st & we are sad to see them go! Monique will be taking over their Total Body Strength class for them moving forward, same day and same time.

We regret to inform our members that our SYNRGY360 class has been cancelled until further notice.
TOTAL BODY STRENGTH
Monique will now be leading our Total Body Strength classes on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s beginning at 8:00AM. New Evening class times! This class will also be available on Wednesday’s at 6:30PM!
FITWELL IS HIRING!
