X-Treme X-Training
This functional training class coaches you to gain strength, power, speed, muscular endurance, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility and range of motion. Suitable for most fitness levels.
Spinning®
Spinning® offers energizing, cycling-inspired exercise training with expert coaching, exhilarating music and a unique mind/body philosophy – all at a self-directed pace.
Yoga
Aligning body and mind using postures, stretches, and breathing; this class works to improve flexibility, muscular balance and reduce stress.

Platinum Fitness
Have fun and move to the music. Exercises are designed to increase muscular strength, improve range of motion and support daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball proved resistance; a chair is used for support. Everyone can experience the benefits. No experience required. Geared to 65+.
SYNRGY360
This innovative class combines various exercise modalities, including strength training, cardio, and flexibility work, all designed to enhance overall physical performance. Participants can expect to utilize a range of equipment and techniques that promote functional movement patterns, ensuring a well-rounded workout that targets multiple muscle groups.
Fitness Time
Engaging in fitness sessions with FitWell instructor, Tim, offers a unique opportunity to enhance your physical well-being. Tim’s expertise and personalized approach to fitness ensure that each session is tailored to meet individual goals, whether they involve building strength, improving endurance, or increasing flexibility. All fitness levels are welcomed!
The Power Hour
The Power Hour is not your average workout routine. It’s a dynamic fitness class that will leave you feeling invigorated and accomplished. During this session, you’ll engage in a series of exercises performed in quick bursts, pushing yourself to the maximum or near-maximum effort. With intermittent periods of rest or low activity in between, it’s similar to high-intensity training. So, if you’re looking for a challenge and want to boost your fitness levels, come & join The Power Hour!

Targets your whole body, using lots of different muscles to strengthen, shape, and tone. Combines several types of exercise, such as flexibility, strength, and cardio.
