What’s New in February!

We’ve got a few exciting updates and schedule changes coming your way this February. Take a look so you don’t miss a beat.

  • Cardio Step & Strength class cancellations

Please note that Cardio Step & Strength will be cancelled on February 3rd and February 6th.

  • Xtreme X-Training Updates

Great news for early risers—Colleen Thayer is officially taking over the 5:00 AM Xtreme X-Training class full time, Monday, Wednesday & Friday!

Pilates is also coming soon! Colleen will be teaching Pilates in March, classes will be held on Tuesday evenings at 6:00 PM.
  • Evening Platinum Fitness

The Thursday 6:00 PM Platinum Fitness class has been removed from the schedule. Please consider our other Platinum Fitness class offerings.

  • SYNRGY360 Changes

The Monday Morning 8:00 AM SYNRGY360 class is moving from Monday to Tuesday at 11:00 AM beginning in February. Thursday’s 8:00 AM class is now scheduled at 11:00 AM as well.
