Attend our Pilates class every Tuesday and Thursday evening from 5:30PM to 6:30PM. The class takes place in the spacious FitWell group room, providing a comfortable and inviting environment for participants to focus on their fitness goals. Our experienced FitWell Instructor, Jackie, will lead the class, guiding you through a series of exercises designed to improve strength, flexibility, and overall well-being.
What Is Pilates?
