If you’re curious about this exciting discipline, we have an introductory class led by Krav Maga® instructor, Tim Dugger. The class will begin on Wednesday, January 17th at 5:30pm in the FitWell Group Room. This is an opportunity you definitely don’t want to miss as it allows you to learn a practical and effective self-defense system while simultaneously getting fit and building your confidence!
